New Rule - AFKing in Saferooms
Detailed description:
This rule would prevent users from AFKing in saferooms and locking them indefinetly. Similar to your sister server here at CraftiGames, JartexNetwork, where the rule is already applied.
Reason(s):
People tend to block saferooms to prevent access to these incase another person needs them urgently.
Example(s):
If a person stays in the saferoom for a longer period than 5 minutes, they would recieve a punishment. Punishment scaling and severity can be similar to JN.
