new npc for normal and rumble mode​

Detailed description:

We could have a npc for normal mode and another one for rumble mode.​

Reason(s):

It wouldn't be a chaos in the chat then player fighting in the chat or if it turn out even worse player start swearing at other. And also it wouldn't be chance like am I gonna get what I want or not.​
