Has the nether roof been disabled because i cant use the ender pearl ladder method and it teleports me in weird places

Still useable, Stand At Y = 125 And Do Ladders, Make Sure Around You When TP Up Don't Have Any 2 Blocks High For The Pearl To Land On.
