Nerfing Coinflip in OPLS (Major Concern)

Hello Pikanetwork team
I would like to put up a suggestion about a major concern in OPLS right now .I hope and request the developers to please take time and review this suggestion properly.
I think /cf has become too big in OP Lifesteal.
Most of the chat is filled with coinflips and many players only focus on gambling money instead of actually grinding or PvPing.
I would like to suggest some ideas that can prevent it
Players should only be able to create 1 active coinflip at a time instead of 3.

1. Limit Coinflip Creation
Players should only be able to create 1 active coinflip at a time instead of 3.
2. Add a Max Coinflip Limit
Players should not be able to make extremely huge coinflips.Example:
- Max CF = 1B
3. Add Level Requirement
Players should unlock /cf only after reaching a certain level.Example:
- Unlock at Level 25 or 30
4. Bring Back Coinflip Tax
A small tax should be taken from winnings.Example:
- 10%-25% tax

- Chat gets flooded with CFs
- OP Lifesteal feels too coinflip based now
- Huge CFs affect the economy badly
- Many players only focus on CF instead of normal gameplay grinding the core basis OF opls gamemode (Levelling up and pvping)
- These changes would make the gamemode healthier overall
