Nerf Flameshot Kit​

Detailed description:

Make it so that the players with flameshot kit have a cooldown in which they cannot shoot arrows for 5 seconds, or the arrows they shoot should bounce off the players.​

Reason(s):

Flameshot kit is unfair as it allows for easy kills at the beginning of the game when players don't have any armor, and it's also very frustrating to spawn and immediately be shot to death by just two arrows.​
