Detailed description:

So let's consider:
-A Faction X got the 1st place on 1st biweekly payouts.
-A Faction Y got the 2nd place on 1st biweekly payouts.
-A Faction Z got the 3rd place on 1st biweekly payouts.
All those Factions will get a nerf wich will give them less value for next payouts.​

Reason(s):

It will let other Factions a chance to win and so, not always the same Faction would be in F-Top​

Example(s):

E.g. after the 1st biweekly payouts the Faction A will get -15% of value, if they win again they'll get -20% etc.​

-1 opfac is a popular gamemode and ftop1 should be competed for, no one will play if the payouts are lowered
