I recently just got back on playing minecraft but I am having problems on connecting to the IP of the server. Please lend me some assisstance

If that doesn't work try using version 1.8.9 and restart your wifi router and your PC.

If you are using team extreme launcher you need to install titan launcher. Its on team extreme site as well.
