(Need Help) Uhhhh... what happened...

So a month ago I changed my name from DinosaurIsKewl to KilledByDino ( I am a prem user) and I realized that made me lose my Donator+ rank...
Fair enough I said, I'll wait one month and then play on Pika again.
So I asked my cracked friend to change my password today and he said "Wtf why are you banned" (He didn't have my pass before that)
So naturally my reaction was
"WTF?!?!?!"
The ban is permanent and I can't possibly appeal because I didn't get banned and I know nothing about the ban, or even when I got banned...
Could someone have stolen my account and hacked or something...
Please help.

Oh and if you are wondering, I am perfectly ok with buying an Unban from the shop, however, I think it would be pathetic if my money got wasted for something I never did.
