i'm writing this post to show you the injustice of not receiving my 2 crazy boxes. i'm crying now i don't know why i didn't get them! it must be a bug i hope it's fixed soon! i still cant see them.

Its a bug sadly your boxes wont be given to you but it will be fixed as soon as u make a bug report.

you should rejoin or join another lobby and check if they come back, if you think it doesnt u should create a bug report.

If you switched lobbies while opening the mystery box, it will not give you the rewards.

Make a bug report and show that u did indeed get them from the chat screenshot and they might be delivered to you when the bug is fixed

I've created one but unfortunately they didn't accept it for these reasons: "Insufficient information" ; "Our inability to replicate the issue" ; "The bug may have already been reported by someone else beforehand" ; "This may not have been a bug", even though it's obvious to me in these ss. It's okay, I'll just accept my fate that not receiving them, but thanks anyway!
