Mystery boxes disappear when using Champion rank multi-box feature??

[Wrote 8:47 PM, EST] Hello. My IGN is IcarusX and I believe I've come across a bug last night regarding mystery boxes? Or maybe I'm missing something.

As a Champion rank player, I have the ability to open multiple boxes. I had 32 boxes last night, and I decided to open all of them at once before receiving my monthly packages, assuming there was a max limit of how many boxes you can have at once, I didn't want to take that risk, so I opened all 32 boxes of mine last night.

Here are some screenshots.

You can count the boxes above, I had a total of 32.
So, I clicked on the red box on the bottom to the right of the ender chest, that's the option to open multiple boxes at once.

And so that's what I did, I opened 32 loot boxes.

But I didn't receive 32 rewards..?
Instead it says I received 24.

Just wondering if this was a bug or if it was something else. If so, I want a clarification at least. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

Also, if possible, I'd like to know if there is a max limit to how many boxes you can have. If not, I'd definitely save up to 1000 boxes.

Bcz u probably got same items from some mystery boxes.

You got coins from the other 8 mystery boxes because the items you actually obtained were already owned by you.
