So I Have Posted 2 support tickets 2 weeks ago there is still no replies

i havnt been playing on pika for almost 3 weeks cuz i forgot my password when i change'd it
so if any any staff reads Offtopic pls tag admins to reset my password i miss pika Please :'''(

Its not that your support ticket are broken its that they havent been got to yet
When you create your support ticket include a variety of staff rather than just owners and head admin because then itll take a long time.
Alternatively if you do think there is an issue with your support tickets go onto ts3 and talk to some staff who will be happy to help :)
