My pet isnt upgrade

I bought with lots of tokens the mystery snowman pet. and since then i cant get any more experience.

ye i already activate spawn them in. what can i do?

Hey,

Have you fed your snowman pet with a Banana?

Your pet should work if it has food and is selected(Right-Click in /pets). The snowman pet doesn't boost often, so it may not have earned any pet exp yet. Keep mining and look for a boost message in chat.
