My permissions is gone

Hi guys i need help i have diamond rank in Factions 1 and i have Diamond: SandeRKAP1304 Tag but i dont have any permissions i cannot use /kit diamond or /kit gold or /fly or another perms pls help me to get back my perm and i bought my diamond rank 2 years ago i not sure maybe 3 years and thanks for read my post
