My game lags even with good ping

I am not sure why but ever since yesterday, whenever I play on Pika Network (I mainly only play BedWars), everything works properly but for some reason every 5-10 seconds I go backwards and it makes bridging impossible. My ping is regularly at 135-150ms, and on everything else there is no lag at all, like when I hit a player or place a block it works without any delay. Please help, I really want to play only on Pika net as my friends play here. Thanks

Everyone was experiencing that issue yesterday, but since the time has passed, I don’t think the issue should be occurring anymore. (Hopefully)

Yes that's because of either ur PC has not enough graphics and all to keep the game stable or it would be that as this server has many players so the lag is created
