My FPS Keeps Frezing At 60Fps Need Help!

So i got a new grapics card and i get 250 fps at 16 chunks.After i tweked whit the seting on my grapics card now it keeps being on 60 not even 61 just 60.
Im not that good at computers but i know the basics but i tryed everyting and i dont know what to do anymore

Did you lock the fps by the mc settings at 60?You have to put unlimited for get up to 60fps

I get without 60+ and not more than 120 and with optifine like 80+ and not more than 150 (That if i'm not recording )

I think you triggered a manual V-sync on your video card.
Because most screens only omit 60FPS anything above that is mainly for performance.
Running a solid 60 is perfectly fine, it will even save you some gpu.

Well i fixed it.I acidently turned v sinc on my grapics card xD
And while trying to fix it my 2nd screen broke for reason unknown
Well now i have to use my smaller monitor.
And it was such a good monitor R.I.P My Monitor 2010-2016
