My exp is not growing, stucks at level 3

Hi, I've noticed this problem a few days ago, but at that time I thought I had a network jam and tried to reenter the game. Today's post is me realizing that something is wrong, my experience value has been at the last part of level 3, 39exp, so I hope you guys can take a look to see what's wrong.
