My bf got banned

Hello! I know I'm boring but I wanted to ask something. Earlier my bf and I were together on survival server, and he lost connection, so he got banned after that?
He was using teamspeak and discord at the same time, so he lost connection and his game crashed, so when he got back he tryed to reconnect but he was banned.

You can make an appeal here, but it will most probably get denied because this ban was by staff and not console. Also I didn't knew sw means survival lol

You should restart your router and it should fix the problem.

Tell him to turn off his VPN, and reset his router. This will most likely fix it if it didn't private message me here or on discord.
