I am writing this Post to appeal for my friend primeLERTI.

A friend of mine (primeLERTI) got muted by asking his friend for fire resistance potion, but from what i can see on the screenshot the person took to report him, it seems like he was just asking it 3 times, which I do not think considered as „spam“. His messages were also not directly filling the chat, so in my name, Brotschmotaku, I kindly ask you to unmute primeLERTI

As can be seen from the evidence provided, your friend has sent similar messages 3 times, which counts as spamming as per our rules, the punishment is valid, and your friend will have to await their mute duration.
You can still appeal if you haven't already, but long story short, it will get denied.
