Hello Pika Staff Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing to appeal my 89-day mute. I believe it happened because I was repeatedly using messages like “[ah] buy it” or “[ah] cheapest” while selling my items for pika gold before the season ended. My intention wasn’t to spam or disturb chat — I was just trying to let players know about my listings since a new season was expected soon.
I completely understand now that sending repeated messages can be seen as spam, even if the timing between them was a few minutes. I sincerely apologize for that and assure you it won’t happen again. I always enjoy being part of the Pika community, and not being able to chat for almost an entire season feels really discouraging.
I would really appreciate if you could consider reducing or lifting the mute. I’ve learned from this and will follow chat rules more carefully in the future.
