Mute appeal

Hello, im zLyzer and I want to get unmuted.

IGN: zLyzer

Length of the mute: permanent mute

Why should i get unmuted? : I should get unmuted because first of all this was months ago and i still didn't get any answers to help me from ANY staff members and I personally think a player who stays calm during a permanent mute should be given a 2nd chance and especially if the player has been calm during several months.

I come back times to times to see if i got an answer on any of my requests and there never is so i hope yall will read this one.
