More frequent resets.
Detailed description:
A description would be to have at least 1 reset/month, this would mean it would take 13 months for a server to have a revamp. Ofcourse this is a long time especially if you only play 1 gamemode but this doesn’t compare to the 36 months some servers haven’t been reset for. If the owners have difficulties doing this they can always ask the PikaCraft community for help and I am certain they would gladly help them out.

Reason(s):
As you all may know a lot of servers are in need if not in big need of a reset. Each server has issues ranking from bugs, glitches, rank/permission problems… Of course this only lowers the player count on Pika and the enjoyment at the same rate. The only and easy way to fix these issues and improve player count/gameplay enjoyment would be to frequently reset servers and since only the owners are able to reset servers my attention would be mostly aimed at them. Not saying that writing this will help at all but letting them know how most of the players feel about Pika would be a big thing. It may look as if the owners don’t care but there are players ranging from staff team to the normal player that want Pika to flourish and improve instead of the current state being dying and boring/having short gameplay enjoyment. Seeing as how some servers haven’t been reset for 2-3 years (OP-Prison/Normal-Prison). The resets don’t only improve gameplay for normal players but also for staff members, we lack a lot of permissions and ranks on most of the servers as a lot of the current players may have noticed. Us not having the permissions needed to properly moderate lowers the hours put into the server since some of us only have actual permissions on 3 server and not on every single server. This will increase the amount of hackers to be found and also increases the chat offences to be left unpunished.
