Detailed description:

Currently, Bedwars players often find themselves queueing the same maps repeatedly, which can become boring and repetitive over time. The limited number of available maps discourages players from grinding public games for longer periods. In contrast, servers such as Hypixel offer a much larger selection of maps, which keeps their games engaging and fresh. Introducing new maps—both original creations and well-known community favorites—would greatly enhance replayability on Pika Network.​

Reason(s):

Adding more maps will encourage players to play more public games, as variety naturally leads to a more enjoyable experience. For example, Hypixel’s “Nebuc” map is world-famous for both public games and private 1v1 or 2v2 matches. Including maps of similar quality and recognition would attract more players and increase retention on the network. Furthermore, diverse maps allow different playstyles—rushing, defending, or strategic gameplay—to flourish, giving players more freedom and creativity in how they approach each match.​

Example(s):

Add new maps inspired by popular Hypixel maps such as Nebuc, which are globally recognized and would encourage more players to engage in both public and private games.

Rotate maps seasonally or introduce map pools, ensuring that players have fresh experiences throughout the year.

Design maps that support different playstyles, so both aggressive and defensive players feel rewarded.

Increase the total number of maps to reduce repetition, since the current pool is far smaller than Hypixel’s and cannot be compared fairly.​
