As you can see from the title, I will be talking about Mojang's new EULA. Yes I know there are over 5+ threads about EULA but I will explain what this is and how this affects servers.

What is EULA?
EULA stands for ''End User License Agreement". This is basically like a set of "rules" or contract when you buy a game or product.

What have changed in EULA?
This change/update was made in 2014 but most server owners were not aware about the updated EULA or they didn't really care. In May 2016, Mojang have started to take actions and to blacklist the servers that violates the EULA

How can this affect servers such as Pika Network
This may affect Pika Network as this new EULA is based on P2W servers. P2W is when you pay with real currency to purchase ingame perks. Example: When you purchase Ultmate, you will get kits and extra permissions that can affect other players gameplay as this is unfair for the non-donators.

BUT, according to (https://blocklist.tcpr.ca/) (A 3rd party Website), it quotes that,
"Cracked servers are not immune to being blacklisted."
But what about GuildCraft? They are cracked but got blacklisted.

How can we help?
We currently cannot do much about this as Minecraft EULA is part of Mojang, not Pika Network. If you want to discuss this/suggest something about the EULA, you can contact Mojang.

Extra:
Yoeri has been notified about the EULA change and he currently has a suggestion about donations inorder to keep the server up!

I have made this thread because the amount of people suggesting ideas that would ''help'' the new EULA but it instead violates it. Also, I have made this so people can understand whats EULA and Mojang's EULA so people don't continue to make false statements.
