Hallo , I always used to play mc without no mods and anything , but some people told about optifine and forge , so I really need help with which optifine is better and what other mods can I download which are allowed , like mods which would help at pvp for example better pvp mod ... What other mods can I use ?

Hey, thanks for asking, here is a list with all allowed modifications:

Make sure that, if you are using minimap for example, that some of the
settings are not allowed (entities).

I also highly suggest Optifine since its boosting your FPS.
Also you can disable rain for pvp

And don't use better pvp mod on Pika since you get banned for it. Rather download all mods from it separately.
