Hello,
Since a lot of people have problems such as Anti-Bot filter problems or ScreenShare requests of suspicious people hacking, they have to go to help lobby in the Discord server in order to state their issue.
However, the players (Non-Staff Members) can't really help them, since we can't whitelist people or screenshare them
obviously, so I have decided to suggest making PikaNetwork's Bot a Mod Mail bot.
Making the bot also a mod mail can make it easier for players to contact Staff members straight and faster. I know that these type of suggestions might turn into players abusing them, just like when PikaNetwork had tickets, but there is even bigger servers with huge amounts of members that own a Mod Mail bot.

Here are the reasons for this suggestion:
1. Easier way to contact staff members in common issues such as Anti-Bot filter.
2. Sometimes in help lobby people try to help others with these kind of problems into telling things they shouldn't be doing, example: Telling people with Anti-Bot filter problems to restart their Wifi when its not the right then to do.
3. Staff members will be able to solve people's problem in easier ways, because when a staff member is helping someone, there is a lot of others that need help at the same time. If this feature got added, these problems will be more organized.
