Detailed description:

Everyone know that mob head is a really rare item that drop from any mob. What the use of Mob Head, only decorative and its kinda useless since Mob Head doesn't sell for high price. But what if we make it useful?

Introducing the Mob Head Buff
So what does this buff do?

Basically if u have a specific Mob Head, The spawn rate of the mob will spawn, the spawn rate only affect on the Mob Head u holding or place it. Like for example:

- Sheep Head increase spawn rate of Sheep at Day
- Zombie Head increase spawn rate of Zombie at Night​

Reason(s):

The reason is simple. A lot of player keep reporting about the spawn rate of the mobs is really low and feels like playing on Easy difficulty. This also +1 use of Mob Head instead of decoration. It would be a cool idea too.​

1st Heads are just decorative thing and they are made to be decoration.
2nd It's just too hard or even impossible to code that.
3rd This is normal survival not OpSurvival.

The only thing they need to do is increase the spawn rates globally.

Increasing spawn rates is the best option so far. also as epic said, its hard/impossible to code such thing, this is pure imagination at this point.
