Missing Pika Gold

Some days ago I bought 1200 Pika Gold and after that I bought 500 more in like 2 minutes gap. Before purchase I had 12 gold in my wallet and after I got notification that I bought the gold I received only 1000, I spent 1000 gold on 2 keys for 500 each on Survival. I made a payment related ticket and owner said that I spent all my gold already, yeah I spent the gold that I've gotten but I still need the 700 gold that is missing. So I wanna know did anyone had same issue?

You can make a payment related ticket here. You should have gotten a order number after the purchase which may be useful after asking the staff out for the proof and giving proof you have bought gold. Nothing else can be done.
