Missing iron

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally appeal regarding the FTop 3 (Iron) reward that I earned during the previous season. As of today, I have still not received the payout, even though a significant amount of time has passed since the season ended.

I have been waiting for this reward since April 18th, and I would like to point out that the new season has already started. This situation is quite concerning, as rewards are typically processed much sooner, and I have made multiple attempts to follow up through the proper channels.

Specifically, I have submitted several tickets on the forum regarding this issue. Unfortunately, I have not received any clear or helpful response so far. In some cases, my tickets have remained unanswered, and in others, I was told that the issue would be resolved "soon," but no actual progress has been made.

I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is what concerns me the most. I would greatly appreciate any update on the status of my reward, as well as confirmation that my case is being reviewed and processed.

To summarize:

• I have been waiting for the payout since April 18th.
• I have submitted multiple tickets but have not received a resolution.
• The new season has already started, and the reward is still missing.

After a bit of thinking, I found out why you have not received your reward. Iron currency from payouts expires in 7 days (or earlier if the gamemode gets reset). Since OP Factions was reset on April 24, your iron has now expired.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about this now.

I don’t understand how something can be considered “expired” when the reward has not even been paid out, and the issue was not caused on my side.


I applied on the very first day and completed everything that was required within the given timeframe. From my side, there were no delays, mistakes, or rule violations. That is why I don’t understand on what basis this is now being marked as completed or expired.


If there is any issue with the payout process, communication, or the system itself, it should not be at the expense of players who followed all the rules and deadlines properly. I believe every case should be reviewed individually, especially when there is proof that the application was submitted on the first day.


I kindly ask for my case to be reviewed again and for a clear explanation of what exactly happened, because from my side everything was done correctly.
