Miner fatigue improvement​

Detailed description:

Currently, miner fatigue trap works by making it impossible to mine anything, and in almost every other bedwars server, the miner fatigue trap actually gives the status effect miner fatigue making it harder to break blocks. Tweaking the trap such that it actually gives the status effect mining fatigue would improve the gameplay.​

Reason(s):

This way, haste 1 or 2 obtained through diamond upgrades can be used to counter mining fatigue, making gameplay more interesting and complex.​
