Well, you can just record them combat logging and they will get banned since the original bug was fixed 2 weeks ago.
You can also report the bug but it usually takes ages to be fixed.
Also, you have been caught combat logging a lot, so why did you accuse others for doing so now, did you change and stop doing that?
