Message Staff Members Using /staff​

Detailed description:

So there is no all option that's why I selected Lobby. Anyway so you have implemented a /staff system to your server, but it's kinda useless because you cannot do anything with that, sure it shows you the gamemode they are in but for an example Bedwars have lot of lobbies and games you can join to so there is no way to contact staff members except fourms and discord. The only way to contact staff in game is to add staff members (which will be annoying to the staff members if they don't know the people ) or meet staff members at lobbies randomly. For this to be fixed you can use the /staff feature already implemented on your server but upgrade it by when you execute /staff command you can message them like /friends GUI and for the ease of the staff members make them so they can execute a command like /staff enable service
so in that period of time they can serve to this server and players can ask questions and etc about the server and the other command staff members can execute would be /staff disable Busy so this command would be used for having fun for their selves like playing a game of Bedwars etc. Make it so it is visible to the players if they are busy or not.​

• Would make the customer service of the server better
• Would make the overall server better

Private messaging staff memeber in game would be useless, you will probably get ignored...

already suggested and denied. firstly there is "global" tag secondly /staff exist to show online staff member not for u to harass them. thirdly just dm/open ticket, let them also enjoy the game in peace
