Detailed description:

Allow players with Diamond+ rank to ban certain maps they would not like to get queued.​

Reason(s):

some maps are honestly bad for some reason or the other so it's just better if our money is it's worth​

Well, it's not always about the maps since there are a lot of other perks for the ranks.
