Suggestion:
Making death threats a global rule

Detailed description:
Making anything under the rule "Cyber/DDoS/death threats/wishes" punishable globally. The same as doxxing.

This would class anything pika related for example, any community servers based on pika network or involve pika network. And DMs that come from pika network.

Potentially making it so only Admins can deal with external reports such as this.

Reason(s):
It's no secret that people know the rules and they know what they can / cannot say. Therefore they use this to their advantage to cyber bully people as much as possible without being punished themselves. In extreme cases they also threaten in DMs / other servers where they know it isn't punishable.

Changing the rule so it's global and can involve things like DMs will prevent things like this since it can have an extremely severe effect on somebodies mental health.

When somebody makes a report with evidence that is usually sufficient enough (if it was said in pika network) but was taken from DMs, staff 100% know that it's a horrible thing to say however they cannot do anything about it since it doesn't technically break any rules. Even though it should.

Example(s):
If I threatened somebody in DMs and the DM came from PikaNetwork / I have PikaNetwork as a mutual server as them, I can be punished for death threats on pika too.
Same with if I threatened to DDos them etc.

imo it shouldn't be  just admins that look at reports like death threats, the rules still say that saying death threats as a joke is punishable

I meant that external reports for death threats should be exclusive to admins. So if somebody broke the rule in-game a helper can punish, however if they said it in DMs an admin can investigate it and punish since these cases don't happen often so it won't be a massive change for them

that can get abused very easily by using alt and using someone else name
yeah but admins usually check the server console to see who sent that message to make sure it's not falsified evidence if it's something like blackmail doxxing etc

Discord reports are reported with their user ID, you cannot replicate somebodies discord ID as it's unique to every user. Therefore this doesn't change anything
