Suggestion:

Make stormhailer effect optional​

Detailed description:

The stormhailer effect should have an option to be disabled in /settings, the extra damage from it would still be available, but visually it will not show.
This would be a very good setting because most players would agree that the lighting strikes are annoying and want them removed.​

Reason(s):

When in PvP, constant lightning flashes make it hard to see what’s going on in fights, especially in groups as they can blind us.
Spawning lightning every hit = tons of entities + effects. In fights with multiple players, this can easily drop FPS for some players with low-mid end hardware.

I personally agree about this, because of the stormhailer effect we sometimes cant see other peoples armor and when they're invis, they can just be a ghost, and also the stormhailer effect could cause some issue on the fps.
