Make Shears Cheaper​

Detailed description:

Shears should definitely not be 40 iron it should be like 20-30 because if you want to get full tools early game you can't because the generators are the same on every map so your best bet is to go without any tools which makes the game slower in my opinion​

Reason(s):

40 iron is too much considering how slow the generators are and the only time you would get shears is mid-game/end game and never early game and I think it should just be cheaper.​
