ITS JUST BROKEN LIKE what how you meant to stop a raid if they have shield on while raiding.​

+1, it seems that only giving f warns is not effective because they only will get a warn and doesn't harm them a lot. But it will totally harmful for the fac that getting raided by enemy abusing f shield. Even they tried to make walls with other fac shield so that they will have longer shield on while raiding and blocking us from countering. I hope this will be considered, thanks!
