Accepted Survival Make /pv command work in worlds instead only work in /spawn

Make /pv command work in worlds instead only work in /spawn​

Detailed description:

Ranked player have /pv command which allow them to bypass ender chest without enderchest but it only work in /spawn rn.​

Reason(s):

It is annoying how u gonna go back to spawn and get ur stuff from spawn ender chest and go back to ur world. Like the world ender chest only limit like normal chest, not like pv so we cant store up more stuff.​

If you read changelogs carefully, you could see that this is temporary change and it should be back in normal state soon.
