Make practice a better server
Detailed description:
1: Ranked.
It’s practically impossible to queue ranked because of the scuffed queue system when you get above 1070/1080 elo. Either change it back to the old queue system or create a new one where you don’t have to wait an eternity to queue.
2: Rank perms.
The current rank perms are the biggest joke i have seen, silver does absolutely nothing, neither does gold and neither does diamond. What kind of 78€ rank doesn’t even have /fly in the hub? The cooldown on hosting events is also way too long. Add new commands like /skin or /disguise /nick to make these ranks actually worth their money instead of focussing on Emerald rank.
3: Pearl cooldowns.
In nodebuff/debuff the pearl cooldown is still only 10 seconds, which is the most broken thing ever since people can basically permanently run away with that, make the cooldown 16 seconds.
4: Kit editor.
For example in nodebuff you still can’t make a 3 speed kit or change the golden carrots it you wanted to. Make the default kit just a regular one instead of golden carrots but make it possible to use golden carrots in kiteditor and make it possible to make it a 3 speed.

This would make practice a better server and make it more like an actual practice server, current practice feels like a arcade version of a practice server.
