Make normal factions pvp 1.16 version​

Detailed description:

Change pvp in normal factions to 1.16​

Reason(s):

Normal faction has been dead for so long. With only 5 or less people playing it there's almost no point in keeping it, so instead of removing it it would be great if we finaly got new place for 1.16 pvpers. New pvp version will guarantee more daily players in normal factions and it would finaly be playable again.
2 pvp factions one for 1.8(opfaction)
And one for 1.16 (normal faction)​

Downvoted, factions is a 1.8.9 gamemode, no servee has 1.18 factions. This won't be implemented
