Make first bans for hacks not perm​

Detailed description:

I think Bans should be more easy instead of perm for each ban. For an example the person should get 3 times.
First is 7days second 1month and the 3rd Perm.​

Reason(s):

To give the person a second chance incase they were not cheating.​

Example(s):

For example if the player hacks more than 3times then we will know that they have no intent to stop. 1week is more than enough to teach the person a lesson.​

-1 Hacking will give a too big adventage, banning someone not permanent is already a big deal. that means 90% of the players will just come back if the ban expired and hack again, Untill they get cought hacking again. You shouldnt hack in the first place.
