Lowering height limit on build uhc maps​

Detailed description:

I think that the height limit of maps in BuildUhc should be very decreased because some builduhc players are very annoying and seem to build high up, keeping the barrier as their support.​

Reason(s):

Because it will make the game more fair and fun to play, I'm aware we can report them and the rules against camping is also enlisted here in : https://pika-network.net/rules/, but since most of the players are on low-end pcs which don't even support proper recording software such as obs. Since, they have around 4 gb ram.​

Example(s):

You can decrease the height limit by 5,10 or even 15, It depends on the map and on the developer team.​
