Lost my sword

I was selling EVIll heads to a chest shop and accidentaly shift clicked my sword into the sellchest and it dissapeared, is it possible to somehow get it back?

If you think it was a bug, then you may report it here
Sadly, Refunds are usually not done unless the item was purchased or something. However, you can try making the report asking for a refund but make sure to provide valid evidence of the bug happening or else there is no chance of getting the sword back.

This is the first time I am hearing something like this. Maybe you dropped your sword and it got cleared, or perhaps you have placed it in /pv?? Try to double check /pv or chests.
However, if this happens again or it happens to someone else too, it could be some weird bug (report)
