Logging out while being Frozen

Hey, Recently my friend got permanent banned for logging out while being frozen. I don't understand this rule and I am afraid that I might log out while being frozen or something, Could someone explain me this rule so I can be aware from it?

its clearly stated that in reason: that he was being frozen for screensharing, meaning a player requested or a staff had suspicions that the player cheated and wants to check the players computer using screensharing applications such as anydesk, and logging out when u are asked to screenshare is bannable, if u watch any videos such as rbw, u can see players saying "dont log" in chat, thats cuz the player has been ss requested
