Lock old threads​

Detailed description:

Pika staff should lock most inactive and old ones threads

Please don't mind of the unlegnty passage ​

Reason(s):

People start post farming in old threads and just get extra messages by going to an inactive thread like 0 replies and the owner of thread is banned nobody gets notice of thread and shady work can happen​
