Let the scoreboard have all the teams shown even if there are empty teams​

Detailed description:

Let the scoreboard show all the teams even if there are empty teams.
This would help the players who use scoreboard to know which teams to rush and which teams to not rush to.

Empty teams appear as a gray tick or don't show up and eliminated show cross mark, so I don't see a need to change that.

this suggestion was to make it always show a gray tick, so that its easier to see the team is empty (a gray tick stands out, but if the team just isn't displayed then you need to go through all 7 teams and check which is missing)

Even with full scoreboards players rush the wrong way if they don't have any idea of how to rush on the particular map so this won't matter a lot
Apart from that I believe there is a really small percentage of people who actually use scoreboard to rush
