less hackers in op factions by elf-cleaning factions.
Detailed description:
When pika creates a new season of op factions that has prizes at the end of the season, i think it would be a good idea to implement a simple competition rule:
When a (1 -2 -3 certain number) of your faction members is legally punished for illegal gaming methods, the faction is automatically disqualified from the competition.
Factions will this way be very careful on who they will invite into their ranks, and people that use illegal gaming methods will be ignored from the game play, as they are a risk to the faction as a whole.

Reason(s):
The faction competition has become a competition on who can cheat best, and is no longer a competition on who is best in the game. People are accusing each other around the clock of using illegal game methods and hacks which leads to a very toxic game environment. Nobody profits from that, especially not pika network it self.
I believe this simple rule can do a lot to help solve this.
