Detailed description:
Legacy transfer here means that to transfer all the belongings of 1 I'd like ranks, /lvl, claim lands, pw to another I'd. Iwoulfld recommend if sm1 does legacy transfer then there should be a different msg in chat box about it.
Reason(s):
1. If sm1 wants to quit can give his belongings to his friend without sharing of personal details
2. If u got premium acc but got progress in cracked account then the transfer of things could be easy and there should be no more grind for things that can't be transferred like /lvl , grits and etc
