When i play among the experienced player mostly like elite titan when they hit me i got lag badly it doesnt happen among the average player what is this problem maybe they are using hacks like fake lag or something if yes so i request moderator to do something about it
Hey qYashu,
What you're experiencing is actually a pretty common issue in 1.8.9 Bedwars PvP, and it's rarely because higher-ranked players are using "fake lag" hacks. Here is a detailed breakdown of what is likely happening and how you can fix it:
1. High CPS and Packet DensityExperienced players (like Elites and Titans) usually have much higher CPS (Clicks Per Second) and use advanced movement techniques like W-tapping, block-hitting, and A/D strafing perfectly. This constant, rapid input sends a massive amount of packets to the server. If your internet connection or ping is slightly unstable, your client struggles to process all those rapid updates at the exact moment of collision, causing a sudden lag spike or "rubberbanding" right as you engage them.
2. Client-Side Rendering (FPS Drops)Sometimes it's not network lag, but FPS lag. When sweaty players hit you, the game renders a lot of rapid particles (damage indicators, sprint particles, block-hit animations). If your PC or Minecraft settings aren't fully optimized, these sudden particle bursts can tank your frames, making it feel like server lag.
How to fix it:
- Optimize Your Client: If you aren't already, use a dedicated PvP client like Lunar or Badlion. If you prefer standard Forge, make sure you have optimization mods like OptiFine and Patcher installed to smooth out hit-frame drops.
- Tweak Video Settings: Go into your settings and turn off "Damage Particles" or reduce overall particles to 'Decreased' or 'Minimal'.
- Check Your Connection: Hit Tab during a game and check your ping. If it fluctuates a lot, try using a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi.
As Kuzibay_ mentioned, if you genuinely believe someone is using reach or velocity modifications, definitely record the encounter and submit a player report. But in most cases, optimizing your client settings for heavy PvP encounters will completely fix this issue!
