Island Settings: Suggestion

Hey, Im DaWurstPvper. Now I see a lot of times in chat, " Come to /is warp [name] to pvp with keep inv!!". Now I see this all the time. And then I was planning on making a Pvp Arena too. So I was like "Oh, I just turn on my Nether Pvp on since Secret Lars told me. Oh theres the Nether Pvp Dis/Allow button. *press* Oh it doesnt turn on !" Now I ask the chat and then SecretLars says Messiah+ can only turn them on. Now I want to make a suggestion. This I think is wrong. These settings can change MY island and I think everyone should be able to do that. It doesnt change or give me any advantage. These settings apply for visitors so I think these settings can be changeable when you are at least L5. If you agree with me please make more posts to make the Mods and Admins notice this and make the changes since I am craving for making a pvp arena. XD

@DaWurstPvper Donor Ranks Have Donor Perks For A Reason. To Make In-Game Experience Either Funner Or Faster etc.
