Is this going to be fixed?

Yesterday I upgraded my rank receiving a lot of items as well as purchasing 7 premium keys, all this stuff I stored in my pv. But earlier this morning there was something wrong with the server and not just me but a lot of other people lost all their stuff that was in their pv's it all disappeared. I spent a lot of money for that stuff is dutch or the staff going to do anything about this? :(

You probably need a screen shot of the payment or a screenshot of the keys and the rest of your stuff If you have that
